Ans: Your order cannot be cancelled once you check out. However, you can cancel the order when you receive a verification call from our Customer Service.

• Can I add more items to my existing order?

• Is topper too soft or firm?

Ans: Medium-plush feel. Soft enough for comfort, firm enough for support. 

• How long does delivery take?

Ans: Usually 5 to 7 working days required for delivery accross Pakistan, Faisalabad/Lahore 1-2 days. 

• Is mattress topper washable?

Ans: Machine wash on gentle cycle. Air dry recommended.
